What We Offer

We set up AI in your MarTech and CRM platforms so it’s secure, tested and documented before it goes live.

That means scoping access to what each capability needs, confirming behaviour in a controlled environment, and putting it all in writing.

The result? Marketing, IT and security all have the same answers about what the AI can reach, what it can change, and where the data goes.

1. Access Designed First

Permissions decide what an AI tool can do in your platform, so that is where we start. Scoped access means the boundary is built into the configuration and holds on its own.

2. Verified in Practice

Every MarTech and CRM platform is set up differently, so we test what the AI actually does in yours, in a sandbox or against test records, before it can touch real data.

3. Documented Governance

Your security team gets a written summary of how the AI is set up, ready for their review. Your marketing operations team gets clear rules for which AI actions run on their own and which wait for a person to approve. Both are yours to keep and extend as your programs grow.

What's Included

Access and Credential Design

Least-Privilege Access
Where a platform gives AI its own identity, we create a dedicated one scoped to the job, never your admin credentials. Where the AI works through each user’s own access, we tighten those user roles instead, so the same boundary holds either way.

Permission Scoping
We work out what each capability genuinely needs, compare that to what it would inherit by default, and close the gap between the two. A short exercise early that saves a longer conversation later.

Credential Handling
Credentials go into environment variables rather than plain text in a configuration file, and we document a rotation procedure from day one so it is ready before anyone needs it.

Behaviour Verification

Controlled Testing
Where you have a sandbox, we use it. Where you don’t, we start read-only, then test writes against seed records in draft state. Anything specific to your configuration, we confirm rather than assume.

Permission Boundary Testing
We confirm a scoped account stays inside its scope, using two accounts with different permissions and the same instruction. Your team sees the boundary hold for itself, which is usually worth more than a description of it.

Rate and Quota Testing
AI activity draws on the same API budget as your CRM sync and everything else connected to your platform. We measure what each workflow uses before it runs anywhere near production, so capacity is planned rather than discovered.

Governance Framework

AI Rules and Guidance
Each platform’s AI works to the guidance it has been given, whether that is Marketo’s Organizational Rules, HubSpot’s Breeze context or the instructions behind a Salesforce agent. Left generic, that guidance shapes every asset the AI touches. We tune yours to your naming, structure and compliance standards: strict enough to catch what matters, loose enough not to slow your team down.

What Gets Checked, and What Needs a Person
Checks like naming, structure and required elements can be automated. We keep a person in the loop for the rest, including targeting logic, automation logic, rendering, brand compliance and dynamic content, and we build the review path so those still get judged.

Approval Gates
We define which actions run automatically and which need a person to sign off. Anything customer-facing waits for human review, every time.

Audit Trail
We document what gets logged, where it goes, and how to reconstruct who asked for what. It is usually among the first things a reviewer asks for, and among the easiest to have ready in advance.

Security Review Support

InfoSec Review Pack
A written summary your security team can assess: the credential model, tenant isolation, how data is handled, what gets logged, and how responsibility is shared across the platform, your team and ours. Written to be forwarded rather than explained.

Documentation Walkthrough
We take your security and legal stakeholders through the generative AI terms, the data governance documentation and the usage guidelines, and answer questions in the room. There is a great deal of detail published here. Our job is to make it quick to absorb and easy to act on.

Data Handling Review
We walk through where processing happens, what stays in your environment, what the terms say about training on your data, and what to consider when you connect a third-party tool of your own.

Ongoing Assurance

Configuration Review
Permissions drift as teams and priorities change. We review scoped access on a schedule, so what your security team approved is still what you are running six months later.

Consumption Monitoring
We track API usage and AI usage against your entitlements, so capacity planning stays ahead of the month rather than catching up with it.

Change Monitoring
New capability arrives regularly. We follow each release, test what is relevant to you, and tell you when something affects your configuration, so you get the benefit without having to watch for it yourself.

FAQ

It depends on the platform, and it is one of the first settings worth checking.

Marketo Engage.
No. Customer data is not used to train or fine-tune the models behind Coworker for Marketo Engage, and the usage guidelines set out that its output should not be used to train your own models either.

HubSpot.
HubSpot may use customer data to train its own AI models, and the setting is on by default. Trained models don’t contain or reproduce your records, and your data isn’t shared with other customers. A Super Admin can turn the setting off at any time without losing access to AI features, and the change applies from that point forward, so it is worth deciding early. HubSpot’s third-party AI providers are not permitted to train on your data.

Salesforce.
Information sent to a model outside the Salesforce trust boundary is covered by a zero data retention agreement with the provider, so it is not retained, viewed or used for training once the response comes back.

Each platform handles this differently, so it is worth settling during scoping.

Marketo Engage.
Coworker for Marketo Engage runs on a purpose-built harness using enterprise model services. Outputs stay in your Marketo environment under the governance, residency and retention controls you already have, and the service introduces no new processing of health, financial, biometric or other special-category data.

HubSpot.
Processing follows your HubSpot data centre, whether that is in the United States, the European Union, Canada or Australia, and HubSpot publishes where each of its AI service providers processes data. Accounts with the sensitive data setting turned on are opted out of AI model training automatically.

Salesforce.
Some models run inside the Salesforce trust boundary, where the data does not leave Salesforce at all. Data masking is available in the Einstein Trust Layer, but it is turned off for agents, because masked context can make an agent’s answers less accurate.

Marketo Engage. Coworker for Marketo Engage works as the signed-in user, within that person’s existing permissions, partition rules, field-level permissions and workspace restrictions, and access to it is off by default for Marketing User and custom roles. Tools connected through the Marketo Engage MCP server use a separate API identity that we create and scope, and the server keeps no credentials or session state between calls.

HubSpot.
AI access is managed at account level by Super Admins. Generative AI features and access to CRM and conversation data are on by default, while access to files is off. Tools connected through HubSpot’s MCP server authenticate through OAuth and act within the connecting user’s existing permissions.

Salesforce.
It depends on the agent. Employee-facing agents are used by people signed in to your org, while service agents are reached by your customers through channels such as email and messaging. Managing agents org-wide is a separate permission, best kept to the people who genuinely need it, and Agentforce connects to external MCP servers through a registry with controls over each tool.

Whichever applies, we set it up with the narrowest access that does the job, and test it before it reaches production.

Three things on every platform: scoped access, testing before anything reaches production, and human sign-off on anything customer-facing. Each platform adds its own safeguards on top.

Marketo Engage.
Destructive operations are blocked at the MCP server, and preventing the deletion of records and assets is a deliberate part of the design. Program building works from a template you nominate and follows your Organizational Rules.

HubSpot.
Through HubSpot’s MCP server, AI can only create or change records the connecting user already has permission to edit.

Salesforce.
Actions that return non-public data, or that create, delete or alter records, should be treated as private and limited to verified users. We build and review actions to that standard.

The same way on every platform: we scope access to what each capability needs, test before anything reaches production, keep a person in the loop for anything customer-facing, and document it so your security team can review it. Each platform sets out its own terms for its AI features, and your organization decides how those features are configured and used, which is the part we take on alongside you. In regulated industries, capabilities, defaults and terms differ by platform and by plan, so we set out where the boundaries sit before anything is scoped.

Yes, and we would prefer to. We have sat in a good number of these reviews, and questions get resolved faster in a working session than relayed back and forth through your marketing team.

Scoped access, clear rules for which actions need a person’s approval, AI guidance tuned to your standards, the test results, and a written summary your security team can review, all of which stays with you. The work runs alongside any readiness or implementation work rather than after it, and we aim to have the review material with your security team within the first few weeks.
